Wow, it really is 2007 and of course there are so many New Year Resolutions that focus on losing weight! I am very encouraged that so many people want to lose weight or simply just to improve their lives in some form or manner. (That's what I have done for years!) Yet, I think the problem with New Year Resolutions that focus on losing weight is that they are short-lived and only focus losing weight. As we all know, losing weight is really only one thing that we often have to change in our lives. We have to change other key elements in our lives that are connect to our weight.
